  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.
  3. Dredge each chicken tender in flour, then dip into beaten eggs, and roll in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to coat evenly.
  4. Arrange tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
