Description

A rich and flavorful creamy Tuscan chicken dish with garlic Parmesan sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, and spinach.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sear the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken and set it aside.
  5. Melt butter in the same skillet over medium heat.
  6. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  7. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
  8. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  9. Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes and spinach, cooking until the spinach wilts.
  10. Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top.
  11. Simmer for 2–3 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Adjust the sauce consistency with a splash of chicken broth or milk if needed.
