Ingredients

- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuits
- 1 lb thinly sliced deli roast beef
- 2 tablespoons creamy horseradish sauce
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 packet (1 oz) au jus gravy mix
- 1 ½ cups water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate biscuits into two layers, creating 16 thinner rounds.
- Spread horseradish sauce on each biscuit round.
- Place a slice of provolone cheese on half of the biscuits.
- Add roast beef on top of the cheese.
- Cover with remaining biscuit layers and pinch edges to seal.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with melted butter immediately after baking.
- Prepare au jus sauce according to package instructions.
- Serve biscuits warm with hot au jus for dipping.
Notes
For extra flavor, add caramelized onions or switch up the cheese with Swiss or cheddar.
