Ingredients

  • 1 box Lemon Cake Mix
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 can (21 oz) Lemon Pie Filling
  • 1/2 cup Butter, sliced
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Zest
  • Optional: White Chocolate Chips, Shredded Coconut, or Chopped Nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread lemon pie filling evenly in the bottom of the dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Drop dollops of the cream cheese mixture over the lemon filling.
  5. Sprinkle the cake mix evenly over the top.
  6. Distribute slices of butter over the cake mix.
  7. Optional: Add white chocolate chips, shredded coconut, or chopped nuts for extra texture.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
