Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.52 lbs)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley or chives (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika until smooth.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. For a crispy top, broil for the last 2-3 minutes while keeping an eye on it.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley or chives and enjoy!

Notes

Use Greek yogurt instead of mayo for a lighter version. Freshly grated Parmesan melts better than pre-grated. Pair with pasta, rice, or roasted veggies for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat at 350°F until warmed through.
