- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5–2 lbs)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley or chives (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- For a crispy top, broil for the last 2-3 minutes while keeping an eye on it.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or chives and enjoy!
Notes
Use Greek yogurt instead of mayo for a lighter version. Freshly grated Parmesan melts better than pre-grated. Pair with pasta, rice, or roasted veggies for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat at 350°F until warmed through.
