Description
Crispy Parmesan Crusted Chicken paired with a rich, velvety creamy garlic sauce. A quick and delicious dish perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients

- 4 small-medium chicken breasts (or 2 large, halved)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
- 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup light cream or heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning or oregano
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup spinach, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper. If using large breasts, slice them in half for even cooking.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Reduce heat to low-medium and add minced garlic to the pan. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in 1 cup of light or heavy cream, stirring continuously.
- Add 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning (or oregano) and ½ cup of grated parmesan cheese.
- Stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Stir in 1 cup of chopped spinach (if using) and simmer for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
- Return the seared chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top.
- Let simmer for 1 minute before turning off the heat.
- Serve hot over pasta, mashed potatoes, or roasted vegetables. Garnish with extra parmesan and fresh parsley.
Notes
For an extra crispy crust, coat the chicken with a mix of parmesan and panko breadcrumbs. Use heavy cream for a richer sauce or light cream for a lighter version. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 375°F or in a skillet for best results.
