Description
A decadent combination of cheesecake, fresh strawberries, and gooey Cinnabon rolls. Perfect for brunch, breakfast, or dessert!

- For the Dough:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 2 eggs
- For the Filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 2 tbsp cinnamon sugar (optional)
- For the Glaze:
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp strawberry puree or jam
Instructions
- Warm the milk and mix it with yeast and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, remaining sugar, eggs, and melted butter.
- Add the yeast mixture and knead into a soft, elastic dough. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Dice strawberries into small pieces.
- Roll the dough into a large rectangle, spread the cream cheese mixture, and sprinkle diced strawberries.
- Roll tightly into a log and cut into even-sized rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rest for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- For the glaze, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Stir in strawberry puree or jam.
- Drizzle the glaze over warm rolls before serving.
Notes
Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor. If using frozen, thaw and pat them dry. Store at room temperature for up to 2 days or freeze (unglazed) for up to 2 months. Reheat before serving.
