- Frozen Extra Crispy French Fries
- Vegetable Oil (for frying or air frying)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ½ cup whole milk
- 6–8 slices American cheese
- 1 tablespoon jalapeño brine
Instructions
- Mix paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a small bowl.
- Cook fries using your preferred method:
- Deep Fryer: Heat oil to 375°F (190°C), fry for 3–4 minutes, then drain.
- Air Fryer: Preheat to 400°F (200°C), cook fries for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Oven-Baked: Preheat to 425°F (218°C), bake fries for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- While hot, toss fries with seasoning.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add milk and stir.
- Slowly add American cheese, stirring until melted.
- Mix in jalapeño brine and keep warm.
- Serve seasoned fries with warm cheese sauce and enjoy!
Notes
For extra crispiness, use Ore-Ida Fast Food Fries. Keep the cheese sauce warm to maintain its smooth consistency.
